The nurse was very sweet and helped to ease my daughter’s fears by giving her stuffed animal a “check up” and gave her lots of stickers afterwards. The Dr came in about 30 mins later, which was a little upsetting because I had to return to work and the appointment ran longer than I had hoped. However, Dr Chen was attentive and addressed our concerns. She gave us feedback and appropriate advice.

We just had our first newborn checkup, and it went so well! Dr. Chen was incredibly attentive, answered all of our questions, and reassured us that everything looked great. She was so sweet and gentle with our baby girl, which meant a lot as first-time parents. The medical assistant and tech were also wonderful, kind, helpful, and made sure the visit felt easy rather than overwhelming. The front desk staff were equally great, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude. It really stood out compared to other places where customer service can feel rushed or unpleasant. The facility itself was clean, the atmosphere was positive, and even though the lobby filled up quickly at opening, everything was handled smoothly. Overall, we’re very happy with our first experience and grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by the whole team.

Visiting RN Casillas was phenomenal! Fantastic bedside manner, caring, knowledgeable and informative. Best check-up IMO my girls have gotten in years (We've been going to First Choice Pediatrics, now Pediatric Associates since 2013). Lost a star because we had to wait for over an hour.
