My regular location was out of My Daughters vaccinations again. So thankfully the front desk staff (wich is the best part of that location ) called and got me sent over for this location! I have to say what a blessing ! Again the front desk staff is absolutely amazing Both Nyla and Lakhiya so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me and made me feel like we mattered . They listened to my concerns ,they apologized even though it was not their fault we are super grateful. The back of house staff also did an amazing job Sasha done our Daughters shot she was quick and comforting. Thankyou Jacksonville pediatrics Dunn ave for doing a great job hiring the right people for these positions as they are very important for parents.

Every staff member was SO professional and kind from the moment we walked in. The MA was very kind and listened closely to why we were there while doing the necessary check in items. The Nurse Practitioner was very thorough, kind and gentle with our toddler. I would recommend anyone to bring their child to this office. We were so thankful they were able to see us!

Excellent customer service! They helped me with setting up the patient portal for my granddaughters. They also had so much patience with my granddaughters' fears during the exam. During the physicals, they spoke to the girls in such a way that they could understand. I'm very confident that my granddaughters will be well cared for!

Here at Innovcare-Northside, we accommodate patients with special needs by ensuring accessibility, personalized care, and clear communication. Our facility is wheelchair-accessible, and our staff are trained in assisting patients with physical, cognitive, and sensory impairments. We also provide alternative communication methods (such as sign language interpreters, written materials, and visual aids) as needed.
Appointments at Innovcare-Northside are tailored to allow extra time or support for patients who require additional care. We also work closely with families and caregivers to understand and meet each patient's individual needs, whether they are here for a sick or well visit.
We understand the unique challenges that many Innovcare-Northside patients face. That's why we provide additional support to help patients access the care they need, such as assisting with insurance paperwork and connecting them to community resources.
