"Duerme Negrito", which is a popular Latin American folkloric lullaby that I used to read and sing to both my children when it was time to sleep, and they loved it. It reminds me of those special moments together.

My Dad, has always been an inspiration to me both professionally and personally.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Exercising, playing tennis, and cooking
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
The challenge that represents making an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan in babies and children when they can't express how they feel and the partnership that we develop with the families of those patients on everyday interactions. Helping my patients grow to their best potential, seeing them turn into adults, and sharing this time with their families, is an amazing experience and the best job in the world!

I am passionate about parenting, nutrition, sleep, and breastfeeding.

This was my first time at this location and I am pleasantly impressed. Everyone was great and Doctor Lori Colan treated my son so well, asking us to return the following day only to make sure everything was fine with him. She seems like a great doctor and an amazing person! All the nurses were so loving and polite! Front desk lady too was very polite and helpful! Wow, it’s been years I take my kids to Pediatric Associates but this visit is the highlight of all!

I have been going to pediatric associates for the past 29 years now. All 3 of my children are patients. My eldest grew out of the practice, but my younger 2 are still there. Has it always been perfect? No! But, I am pleased with how my children are cared for by the staff. Very convenient. Lots of wonderful memories.
