I love children and enjoy helping people.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I have been a part of the community my entire life and have only worked at one office in my NP career, People are used to seeing my face when they come in the office,
How do you accommodate patients with special needs?
We care for many patients with autism or learning difficulties, we provide a safe environment and show compassion to caregivers.

My daughter’s pediatric nurse practitioner Kristie Bard is truly amazing. She always greets us with such a happy, positive attitude and you can tell she genuinely cares. She remembers my daughter, pays attention to the small details, and actually listens to what we’re asking or concerned about. It never feels rushed.. she takes the time to understand what’s going on and explain things clearly. We always leave feeling heard, supported, and well cared for. We appreciate her so much!

Amazing office overall, from the front office staff to the Dr. Everyone is quick and attentive, I don't think I have ever had an easier time at a pediatric office. Dr Phillip Yoder See's 2 of my kids and I couldn't ask for a better physician. Definitely recommend!
