A soccer ball, I’m a big soccer fan
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
Honestly my kids. They’ve taught me the most powerful lesson: that every little achievement is worth celebrating. Whether it’s learning to jump for the first time or tying a shoelace, they approach everything with joy and pride. They remind me that the most beautiful things in life are free and in the everyday moments. They teach me to live more fully and gratefully.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Watching soccer games, the Formula 1 races and preparing bbq for my family, I want to beat Bobby Flay!
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I always believed that kids are the future, so I got into pediatrics so I could help shape a healthier future from the beginning. It’s very meaningful for me to help the children and their families when they’re sick, but mostly as they grow and thrive, it’s about making a lasting positive impact.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
My life experience has taught me deep compassion and empathy, qualities I believe are essential to being a good pediatrician. Additionally, being a father to children with special needs has given me a personal understanding of the uniqueness of each child. It allows me to connect more meaningfully with families and help them navigate their medical journeys with care, patience and respect.
How do you accommodate patients with special needs?
I create a welcoming, safe and adaptable environment for both the children and their families. I am happy to break down explanations into small steps with a calm tone for the children and caregivers

This office is so much better an professional then the office on Main street..Lynn is such a sweetheart..she really takes the time out to care for the children...she has been seeing my son since birth...I drove the extra miles..to see her..so that my child can be seen on time..and properly...Even though one of the clerk at the front desk ..was the same lady that checked me in on main street and never told the doctor My child was there...she needs to go back to main Street where all the other rude and unprofessional staff is at...

Everyone is always so polite at every location- we’ve been to 3 different locations.
We absolutely love JPA!! They have exceeded all expectations with our first born (been going since 2019-2020ish) and I don’t anticipate anything different for our second. Everyone is always so polite at every location- we’ve been to 3 different locations. Would recommend for any parent. Especially if you’re are on Medicaid or Florida healthy kids (I know how hard it can be to find decent doctors on these plans).

My girls have only been to 1 pediatrician their entire life so this wasn't a big change and it was a very first pleasant visit. Wait was alittle long that's only thing I would ask to change

Dr. Habet has seen my son since the day after he was born in 2021. My family is so thankfully to have her in our corner! She is truly understanding, and listens to the parents concerns without judgement. Our MA today was Camilla (Sorry if I spelt that wrong). She was a breath of fresh air, and gave my son grace when he needed it the most. I would recommend Dr. Habet and her team time and time again without question!

I like the office and the doctor but the waits are getting ridiculous. No reason for me to be sitting in a room for an hour before the doctor even comes to see my child. We fill out all the forms before hand and show up 10 min prior like asked. Still sitting in a room an hour after my child apt started and the doctor still hasn’t come is not great.

I absolutely LOVE Pediatric Associates! My sister introduced me to the practice in 2013, when there was only 1 location in Jacksonville. My daughter is now 12 and I refuse to let her go anywhere else. I've been to 3 location's and have recieved the same care and attentiveness at every one of them!
