What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
Cinderella has always been a favorite and Glinda from the Wizard of Oz that could help me get back home to Kansas where I grew up.
What is your favorite children's book and why?
Good night moon as a way to close the day in a relaxing and comforting manner. The book brings back happy childhood memories that now I share with my son.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
A Fisher Price doctor's kit is where my career emanates from.
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
My parents for teaching me integrity and grace. My mentors for guiding through challenges and inspiring me to always do my best.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Running and spinning for exercise. Volunteering and traveling.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
The morning I walked into the children's hospital and saw a toddler walking holding on to his mother's pinky finger and I smiled to myself knowing this was worth getting up for every day.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I am a compassionate pediatrician who treats each patient with kindness and respect. I go the extra mile to help my patients feel comfortable and cared for at each visit.

I always have a good experience at the Ft Lauderdale location. My baby has seen a couple of different physicians there and now more consistently Dr Blythe and it’s great because she’s also multilingual which is helpful when my parents come with me to the appointments, makes them feel more at home. The nurse is always sweet. The staff does everything in their power to smoothly get that busy waiting area streaming through. The doctors and APRNs are very familiar with referral processes and how to get navigate insurance. I also have used twice their virtual visits for minor emergency advice and it is a godsend for skipping ER and Urgen Care centers or having to make an appointment for an in person visit unnecessarily. I highly recommend this office. .

I love this pediatric office.
I love this pediatric office. It’s very inviting for kids, all staff are very friendly. This office is super clean as well. The doctor Christina was very kind and knowledgeable, this is a place I highly recommend for all.

One of the absolute best pediatric offices around. Pediatric associates gets a bad reputation but this specific location has always went above and beyond to be accommodating and show compassion. As a mom to a complex medical needs child I have found myself more than once in dire predicaments and Marisol and Bernard are truly the greatest front desk staff. The providers are also so caring when my daughter was going through difficulties the drs made time to give me calls on weekends, lunch breaks, and after hours to check in and make sure any of her needs were met. Over the years I have interacted with just about every staff member and provider and they have always made us feel more than comfortable in their care being that the office can sometimes feel like our second home. Pediatric associates in itself can have its downfalls but this office truly does so much for its clients on the backend.

My husband called scheduling to make two day of sick appointments but the person he spoke with scheduled them for a week later, accidentally. He was told to show up at the office at 9am the day he called only to find out that the sick boys were not on the schedule. The receptionist, office manager, and doctors all worked together to get my sons seen as quickly as possible. One of my so sons even vomited into a trash can in the waiting room and everyone was very kind, concerned, and accommodating. Thank you!
