The Front desk staff at this office is excellent.
The Front desk staff at this office is excellent. Most of the doctors at Pediatric Associates are also excellent. The only disadvantage, is you really don’t get to see the same doctor every time you go in unless it’s a well visit. But the advantage, is extended hours and weekend hours. Overall, I highly recommend and really appreciate the front desk staff as they are phenomenal.

My daughter has a really bad fear of needles and I'm so grateful for this Dr kind demeanor and how she was able to talk to her and convince her to get her labs drawn. Always a great experience! Kids love her.

Dr. Arbeitman was incredibly patient, thorough, and kind throughout the entire visit. She took the time to walk us through our baby’s development milestones and answered all of our concerns with warmth and professionalism. What stood out most was how clearly and compassionately Dr. Arbeitman explained his growth chart and the vaccines our baby would receive—discussing both the potential side effects and the risks and benefits. It made us feel informed, confident, and reassured in our decisions. Dr. Arbeitman also made sure our little one was comfortable during the check-up, and her gentle manner really helped ease my nerves. She asked about sleep and made a joke about sleeping throughout the night with a toddler and infant that I felt warmth from her and felt understood as a mom. We’re so grateful for the care and attention we received. Thank you, Dr. Lori Arbeitman for being such a wonderful part of our baby’s journey!
