Chicka Chicka Boom Boom - because my children loved this book and we read it all the time when they were young.

My bike - because it's how I could get around to all my friends houses!
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, traveling, and going to music and movie related events.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
My passion for pediatrics began when I was young and grew up with a sibling who had chronic illness for 9 years (cancer). I saw the way nurses and nurse practitioners around her advocated for her and our family. I knew this is what I always wanted to do.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I am a follower of Jesus Christ and come to work everyday asking how I can be His hands and feet here on earth. I respect every person as a created child of God. I am always a work in progress and try to learn from my mistakes, so I can do better next time.
How do you accommodate patients with special needs?
I enjoy complex medically fragile health care coordination in order to ease family stress, as well as preventative care and plans for possible unexpected emergencies.
